If you where to go by just the absolute joy, excitement, and overwhelming bewilderment that you see in these youngsters faces… those would have been me. Once I found my way over to those Sunflowers… it was AMAZING!!! I would lose myself in those sunflowers. I guess this goes to show you, we are all the same in some respects aren’t we!
But you know… I just wonder what it is about SUNFLOWERS… that makes “everybody”… SMILE.!?? 🤗

“Priceless”
The sunflowers where amazing, once in the field you could smell them, it was a thick pungent smell, almost caustic. I picked these flowers and brought some home to my mother. My mother was a kind lady and very pretty, I just knew she would appreciate those flowers… and appreciate them she did. The look on her face when I first brought her some of those “Sunflowers” I can’t quite remember… but I still hear the sound of her voice when I gave them to her and she turned around and said to me: “Ohooo my darling..!”
“Dandelions”
I headed back to that field often… I soon found out that I wasn’t alone in that field… there were also some other very, very dangerous things that lived among those flowers too. Fortunately for me I wouldn’t understand that until much later when I was a little older. But for right now, they where very interesting, and I considered them my friends…
…and guess what else I found in that field..? WARNING… the next couple of blog post are… NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH… or faint of heart!

Spiders
And I don’t mean little spiders either… I mean those great big fat black and yellow spiders baby..! And they’re FAST!!!
