In the 60’s Dunbar was separate from Pulaski… as you can see here they are now one school… though Pulaski is now abandoned.

By the way… you see that paint pealing on the walls… that’s because the paint had Lead in it… AND THE CITY KNEW THAT THEY WHERE NOT SUPPOSED TO USE LEAD BASED PAIN AT THE TIME.

Dunbar 1st thru 6th grades in the 60’s.
King of the hill
A lot of things happened at Dunbar… I attended Dunbar from the 1st grade all the way thru to the 6th grade. I will sight those things that come presence of mind. My first encounter at Dunbar set the pace for me for the rest of the time I attended this school… strangely I can’t remember much of it, but there are some things that stand out… so I will talk about them in the sequences that they occurred.
